Volunteers
All major groups should be incorporated or taken into account to ensure maximum representation in all forums.
The selection criteria will mainly relate to women’s organisations and individuals:
- Actively involved at the grassroots level with women’s issues;
- Actively involved in implementing AU women protocol and SADC declarations;
- Actively involved in Beijing platform for action, CSW and the sustainable development process;
- Committed to contribute scientifically and technically to attain the aims of the Forum; and able to disseminate information.
The national and sub-regional level organisations will have the adequate administrative and technical capabilities and facilities to lease with the forum, to undertake research and policy analysis.
